Every creature comfort had been anticipated leaving us dazzled yet again

After an exhilarating morning spent kayaking on the idyllic Laguna Piuray our guide ushered us up a rugged path that seemed to lead nowhere. To our amazement we arrived at a grassy clearing offering expansive views of the snow-capped Andes where a full, silver service gourmet picnic showcasing local dishes was laid out under a marquee. Every creature comfort had been anticipated leaving us dazzled yet again by the highly ambitious, gracious, and creative experiences that were arranged for us during our travels in Peru.
