Nothing was too much trouble

Larissa organised a fantastic trip to Australia for my 50th. Nothing was too much trouble.  When the bushfires closed our hotel in the Blue Mountains 48 hours before our arrival, Larissa was brilliant at finding us an alternative destination, despite the time difference with the UK and it being Christmas Eve. We were incredibly grateful for her amazing support.
